MOBILE BANKING
The Zenmonics' team has successfully delivered multiple mobile strategies to the leading financial services vendors in the market, including the design and development of highly secure solutions for mobile banking, commercial cash management, mobile point of sale, mobile personal finance management and mobile payments.
Our experience in multi-channel financial services applications and our strong technology experience allows us to bring a unique flare to delivering innovative mobile applications.
Recent successes include a strategic initiative for delivering commercial cash management on a tablet. This development effort incorporated features and functions for an account dashboard, commercial cash management, payroll management, monetary transfers, including wire and customer service requests.
ONLINE BANKING
The Zenmonics' team has successfully delivered various projects for designing, developing, and testing retail and commercial online banking solutions. These online solutions provide an online account opening, fraud prevention, customer servicing, security controls, multi-channel integration and quality assurance services.
Specifically, Zenmonics' built an additional component for online deposit account opening, which streamlined the process and reduced the overhead, cost, and time in creating new deposit accounts. This project was delivered using GWT technologies for the user interface and Enterprise J2EE server components delivered in the client's SOA solution and also provided real time integration to the core account processing system.
TELLER PLATFORM
The Zenmonics' team is a critical partner for one of the world's leading financial services vendors by providing our expertise in designing, developing, testing and implementing their strategic teller solution.
We were instrumental in building the business strategy, architecture, development services and implementation services from inception to production rollout.

For example, the US division of a leading global insurer needed a new strategic IT roadmap to reduce IT expenditures, but also needed to address "hot" tactical projects to win new business. They lacked both the resources and experience to be comfortable in tackling this challenge alone.
Zenmonics analyzed their existing IT environment and created a strategic direction and roadmap.
Since implementation, our client has won multiple new customers in multi-year engagements as a result of the new web-based capabilities and strengthened existing customer relationships. The solution design allowed the client to extend the capabilities in follow-on engagements and their IT group saved thousands by retiring unused, unnecessary software, prompting another project to modernize their overall IT infrastructure.
