I arise in the morning torn between a desire to improve the world and a desire to enjoy the world. This makes it hard to plan the day. – E.B. White

When Chris is not building or demonstrating channelUNITED, he is with family at his kids swim meet or he is outdoors, traversing a dirt road in his Jeep.  He grew up in Pittsburgh, so he bleeds the Black n’ Gold and attempts to accommodate Tracey during football season.

Fiaz Syed President, Zenmonics India

Fiaz Syed — since his teenage years he was a “people person” with a skill to manage large groups of individuals. His parents would entrust him with tasks that they knew no one else could accomplish. He is kind of like our own “Let’s get Mikey.” He is still fulfilling those roles today at Zenmonics.  Having started his career as a developer 18 years ago in the software industry, he understands the problems and issues faced by resources at various levels. His expertise and diverse background helps him resolve those sticky employee management items.  His passion has manifested into making Zenmonics a Top Work Place and to grow our India team.

There are two kinds of people, those who do the work and those who take the credit. Try to be in the first group; there is less competition there. – Indira Gandhi

When he is not in a conversation with an employee, he loves to spend time with his family and go for a ride on his bad boy Harley Davidson motorcycle. Come fall he grows whiskers and keeps pounding for Carolina Panthers.

Just because nobody complains doesn't mean all parachutes are perfect. - Benny Hill

When she is not designing and developing digital channel experiences, Tracey enjoys winter snowmobiling in the Adirondacks and summers on the Chesapeake Bay. She is at her fanatical best, however, on any given Sunday in the fall, where she can be found clad in purple and black and rooting for her Baltimore Ravens.

Dan Williams “The Process Guy”

Dan, Senior Product Owner and Business Analyst Manager is a ‘pragmatician’ at heart. Someone has to counter all of these ‘free-thinkers’!   Backed by his 30 years of experience in the financial services industry, Dan is a problem solver and enjoys breaking down complex problems and facilitating the resolution in a methodical manner. In other words, he fixes stuff.  He understands the bankers having spent years as one before jumping the fence to the tech side.

The problem is not the problem; The problem is your attitude about the problem. – Captain Jack Sparrow

When he isn’t problem-solving for Zenmonics, Dan likes to spend time with his awesome wife and family.   He enjoys exercising and relaxing on his deck with an occasional fine cigar and a wee dram of Scotland’s finest. Dan loves cheering for his beloved Tar Heels and ‘dabbing’ with his Carolina Panthers.

Jeff Jones Chief Operating Officer

Jeff brings a banker’s perspective to Zenmonics.  For the last 20 years he has worked at top tier banks to implement common sense solutions that simplify how customers manage their financial life and transform internal operating models.  This includes experience at Bank of America, Wells Fargo, and BNY Mellon.  Most recently he worked for MUFG Union Bank as the Managing Director in charge of Retail and Mortgage technology.  Throughout his career Jeff’s strength has been aligning stakeholders with divergent interests and skillsets to execute against a singular, shared goal.

If everyone is moving forward together, then success takes care of itself. - Henry Ford

At each stop Jeff has lived the frustration of outdated legacy technology that operates in silos. This creates barriers that make the banking experience excruciating for customers and bankers alike. He has seen valuable technologists and investment capital consumed maintaining complex patchwork architectures while innovation is stifled. Jeff is excited to show clients a path to break that cycle through ChannelUnited.

Jeff is a native of Pittsburgh and holds a math degree from Wake Forest University and an MBA from The University of Texas at Austin. Outside of the office his 3 kids keep him quite busy. When free time materializes you will likely find him dashing to the first tee.
