BBVA goes live with Zenmonics’ Omni-Channel Account Opening

We are pleased to share that our omni-channel account opening solution is in production with the first accounts being opened last week at BBVA.  The account opening module allows accounts to be started/saved and then retrieved/completed in any channel by a customer or associate.

The BBVA sales advisor stated “The account opening process on the tablet was seamless and very intuitive.”

BBVA is currently utilizing the account opening module from within mobileBANKER, our enterprise application that provides significant value to your team with Sales, Servicing and Origination features for use inside or outside the branch, including self-service kiosks.
